You can only lead others with purpose if you have identified yours. This is a journey towards more authentic, effective, and purpose-driven leadership.

Uncovering your purpose and lead with clarity. Purpose will give you direction, enable authentic connections, simplify decision-making, and strengthen your resilience.

Our approach:

  • A six (6) session workshop where we promise you will uncover your life purpose.

  • We have a very personal approach, using tailored, small groups. 

  • We focus on observation and reflection through your listening partners, searching for patterns that uncover your WHY. 

  • We will also help you identify your core values; they are linked to your purpose.

    A small and  intimate group of 8-10 participants, we work very closely with each member.

    2 hour online sessions every other week (via Zoom).
    A total of 6 sessions (12 h).

    You can connect and share your progress with the other participants via our private Telegram group.
